Our Leadership Team
Jephte Jean-Louis is a retired U.S. Army veteran with over three years of active-duty experience and numerous commendations, including the Army Commendation Medal and Army Good Conduct Medal. His military career has equipped him with strong leadership, logistics, and project management skills. After transitioning to civilian life, Jephte leveraged his expertise in aviation, logistics, and customer service to build a career in the private sector. His strategic mindset, discipline, and commitment to mission success drive J & C Enterprise Solutions’ operations and ensure we meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Carline Verrier brings over a decade of experience in business management, program leadership, and entrepreneurship. She holds an MBE with a focus on the business of entertainment from Full Sail University and has a diverse background in both the non-profit and private sectors. Carline has successfully managed and directed multiple programs, developed strategic business plans, and led innovative initiatives that generate value and growth. Her expertise in strategic planning, conflict management, and contract negotiation complements Jephte’s military background, creating a dynamic leadership team that drives the success of J & C Enterprise Solutions.
